Refund and Exchange
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or make a change if payment has been through. However, if you have not made a payment, you may inform us to cancel your order via LINE @LOLAVISION.TH and make a new order again.
All products include promotional items are non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable.
Please note, all customers must check the lenses through the bottoms of the clear un-opened blisters before wearing.
Claims of lenses being defective require photographic evidence of the lenses in original unopened blisters. If you have any doubts about lenses being defective, please do not open the blisters. Take pictures of the packaging and the lenses through the bottoms of the clear blisters and contact us via LINE @LOLAVISION.TH within 7 days after receiving the parcel of the original purchase receipt. You will be required to provide photographs, order number, and original receipt; then we will tell you the next step. Used and/or opened blisters are excluded from this warranty.
Quality is highly important to us. We take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. LOLA VISION’s policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged, or expired products. Our policies, training, and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold from LINE MyShop @LOLAVISION.TH.
Therefore, goods are classified as faulty if they are received in damaged condition or where a manufacturing defect is noticeable on the items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be faulty. Under no circumstances can items with opened packaging be returned for a refund or exchange.
Faulty Product: Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed. We will refund for shipping and handling charges to the bank account that you provide, please allow up to 14 business days.
